To learn about Mindfulness, listen to Mark Williams. If you simply want to try it, click on one of the videos below and just begin. There is no right or wrong way to practice mindfulness. Knowing more about it might mean it makes more sense to you, but simply opening your heart and experiencing it will be fine. The basic practice is to be aware of yourself and your surroundings. Simply pay attention. If your brain wanders and thoughts and worries come into your minds, simply notice it and then go back to paying attention. Try to practice for 10 minutes a day, or choose one of the videos below and watch it, for several days in a row. Before and after each attempt, take notes in your journal. Note your emotions when you begin and when you end. Note what your body feels like when you begin and when you end. Do not judge these things, simply record them.
